What will you do?
- Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
- Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behavior, and promote student well-being.
- Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.

What are we looking for?
- QTS Qualified
- Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents and carers
- Ability to create and maintain professional working relationships
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
